Positive School Culture Program

Our school uses a structured behavior management and mediation system to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Students are recognized and rewarded for demonstrating positive behavior in classrooms, common areas, and during extracurricular activities—building a culture of accountability and encouragement.

Student Dress Code

Capital Collegiate has a clear, consistent dress code designed to support a focused, active learning environment. Students are expected to wear school-appropriate attire that allows for daily physical activity and participation in sports-based programming.

Grades K–4

Tops: Gray or Black polos, dress shirts, or blouses
Bottoms: Solid dark blue, black, or khaki pants, skirts, shorts, or jumpers (knee-length or longer)
Accessories: Solid dark blue, black, or white socks/tights; closed-toe black or dark brown shoes or tennis shoes
Not Allowed: Crocs, hoodies

Grades 5–8

Tops: Polos (Gray or Black) or White Blouses
Bottoms: Black, Khaki, or Navy pants or skirts
Shoes: Closed-toe and back shoes or tennis shoes

Dress Expectations: Shirts/blouses must be tucked in; jeans are not permitted unless approved by the principal
Not Allowed: Crocs, hoodies
